Guest parking for apartment communities
The plate
is the pass.
Residents register a visitor from the lobby sign in under a minute. The phone reads the plate. Patrol walks the lot and every car is checked as it passes. Nothing on the dashboard, ever.

For residents
Four calm steps, and the guest is expected.
Designed for a phone in one hand at the front door. Large targets, plain words, and the apartment remembered after the first visit.
- 01
Scan the lobby sign
Or open the community link. Residents choose their building and apartment once, and the phone remembers.
- 02
Point at the plate
The camera reads it and checks it against the lot. Or tap a recent guest, or type it.
- 03
Choose the visit
Every length shows its exact end time, in the resident’s own language.
- 04
The pass arrives
Texted and emailed to the apartment, and to the guest if the resident wishes. A guest already at a space can ask instead, and one tap approves.
NewFor guests at the space
Scan the space.
The resident says yes.
A guest who arrives first no longer waits on a call. They scan the sign at the space, ask in a few taps, and the moment the resident approves, their phone is the pass.

A sign at the space
Every visitor space carries its own small sign and code. The leasing office prints them from the console.
- 02
The guest asks
The apartment they are visiting and their plate. The phone camera can read the plate, so nobody types it.
- 03
One tap to approve
The resident gets a text and an email. If they miss it, the guest can text them the request link.
- 04
The pass goes live
The guest’s phone becomes a live pass tied to that space, and patrol sees it at once.
For the leasing office
Every space, live.
Free, guest parked, or waiting on a resident, at a glance. Print a sign for each space from the console. Every community rule still applies to a request from the space.
- Guests per apartment
- Days per car
- Overnight rules
- Capacity
For courtesy patrol and towing partners
Walk the lot. The phone does the reading.
Every plate that enters the frame is read and checked against tonight’s guests. One soft buzz for a guest, three for a problem. Readings snap to registered plates, so a misread 0 and O never move the wrong car.
For leasing teams
Set the rules once. Every pass obeys them.
A sign at every space
Each visitor space gets its own QR sign, printed from the console. Guests ask from where they parked, residents approve with one tap, and the Spaces board shows every space free, guest parked or waiting.
See how it worksLimits that hold
Guests at once per apartment, passes per 30 days, calendar days any one car may park as a guest, overnight rules and capacity. Requests from a space obey them too.
Three languages
English, Português and Español, chosen with one tap and remembered. Confirmations follow the resident’s language.
Tow safeguards
A grace period before any tow, a hold when a plate is one character from a registered guest, and photos before a car is moved.
Sealed evidence
Every action carries GPS, server time and private photos, chained to the one before it so nothing can be quietly edited.
Buildings and homes
Residents pick their building first. Passcodes are private to each apartment and reset in a click.
Your brand, not ours
The portal, the pass, every sign and the console carry the community’s own logo and typeface.

Add your buildings and apartments, print the lobby and space signs, hand patrol the PIN. Most communities go live the same day.
